Run home for dinner at different times of the year, using your magic hat to traverse terrain and defend yourself from angry critters!
When I first entered University, one of my first projects was to lead a team of 4 fellow students to put together a game using a custom engine written in C. It was a great success, and by the end of the trimester, we had a full game with 4 levels and custom art and music, built with additional features such as a custom platformer physics engine, sprite sheet animation system and particle system. The team received great scores, and the game would later go on to be featured as an example for subsequent batches of students.
